Join us for an end-of-term Metadata Mixer in person or online on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Format: Lightning talks featuring cool, interesting, and innovative metadata research, capstone projects, internship experiences, and other metadata-related work participants are pursuing or have recently completed, followed by an open discussion on metadata and AI. Options for attendees to present current or recent metadata work! (see the registration form, link below).
- Location: The Metadata Mixer will be held at the College of Computing & Informatics, Drexel University, 3675 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104, Room 928. (Zoom Option: A Zoom link will be shared with online attendees.)
- Time: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET. The formal presentation portion of the event will run approximately one hour, followed by snacks/food for in-person attendees and time for open conversation and networking.
- Registration Deadlines:
– Attendees interested in presenting need to register by Friday, May 22, 2026. Presenters are encouraged to attend in person, if possible. (If you missed this deadline and are still interested in presenting, email janeg – at (@) – drexel.edu)
